Some apartments are simply destined to break conventions. From exposed ceilings to transparent walls, everything in this apartment shines with urban originality – including Caesarstone’s Jet Black countertop. Take it from us – once you enter this loft, you’ll never forget it.

The owners of this loft apartment, which is located in a fashionable area in ancient Jaffa, just minutes from the Mediterranean Sea, purchased it as an investment property. They envisioned a stylish apartment that would cater to the needs of trendy tenants. The apartment’s central space includes the living room, kitchen and dining area, with a smaller adjoining space that houses the master bedroom. A terrace with a breathtaking sea view is accessible from the living room.

To make their dream come true, the apartment owners commissioned designer Maya Fadlon Grossberger to handle all of the interior design. One of the first decisions made was

to surround the apartment with high-quality birch carpentry that injects warmth and provides practical comfort and storage. The fashionable grey flooring offered a gentle contrast to the warmth of the wood, as did the ultra-modern exposed concrete ceilings.

As for the kitchen, a decision was made to include an island as the main visual and functional centerpiece. Behind the island, Maya inserted a low metal shelf case that functions as a storage area for kitchenware, another work station, and a stylish ornament. This unique blend of style and functionality, in the kitchen and in all areas of the house, was designed to create an aura of chic and sophisticated urbanity.

Perhaps the most striking element in the apartment is the master bedroom glass wall, which creates a sense of increased space both in the living room and master bedroom, while double curtains provide a much-needed sense of privacy.

Maya was not the only designer on deck. Helping to pick out furniture, accessories and artwork was stylist Adi Fogel Hollander. Complementing the apartment’s interior design vision, Adi’s stylish decisions injected color and life into an already vibrant urban space.
